Output formats have the following characteristics:

CSV

CVS Files (comma-separated values) are simple open format documents used to present data in a table where columns are separated by commas,   and rows are sepparated by line breaks, example:  "1,Frida,Ortega Lucero,Femenino,95,999 Zebedeo Blvd,53023".

SQL

SQL Language (structured query language) is a declarative language used to manage relational database that allows to specify many operations, example:  "INSERT INTO `hfebi_Ayuda` ( `Id`, `Nombre`) VALUES ('1','Aliz'),". This output type, is executed by MySQL.

XML

XML (eXtensible Markup Language), is a language that uses marks. It comes from SGML language and allows to define grammar for specific languages to structure large documents, example: :  "<DataBase><Table>TableName>gibga_Help</TableName><Id1><Name>Ramon</Name></Id1></Table></DataBase>".

TXT

StringHel10

HTML

If you need your records in an ordered and clear presentation, this is the best choice, it is the generator’s default option, the presentation is made in a simple table where each field takes a column and each record a line, is separated by background colors to make it easier to read.

In the countries section, you need to select the origin of the input like shows image 2:

Create a Database with MySQLFree.com The Free DataBase Generator,

The default option is Mexico but you can change the origin to one of your choice.

The easiest way to select records is to click the Mark link and it will automatically select all countries..

is really simple, just follow these 4 easy steps:

Once you select the origin, you need to choose the amount of records you want to generate like shows Image 3:

Steps:

The default amount is 10, but you can change the value to 20,50,100,200 or even up to 500 records, this limit is because of the broadband required by the generator, if you need more than 500 records, you can send us an email using the contact form with the output format and country of origin for your records, and we will email a database with a maximum of 1000 records. in case that you need more than 1000 records, you can make a 20 USD donation though the Paypal form, send us an email using the contact form with specific info about the output format, country origin and specifying a donation was made and we will email you the database up to 10,000 records. If you need more than 10,000 records, you can contact us through the form mentioned and we will contact you back as soon as possible.

The third step is to specify the name of the column and the type of records you need , for this you can use the form provided like shows Image 4:

First, select the output format, the generator offers 5 different types, like shows Image 1:

In this section you can manually choose the name of the columns and the type of records you want to generate to get a personalized database with up to 28 different types of records, if you only want 5 types, use the first 5 fields of the form, you can make your own combinations like shows Image 5:
Output formats have the following characteristics:
This combination, using the CSV output would throw the following result(Image 6):
CVS Files (comma-separated values) are simple open format documents used to present data in a table where columns are separated by commas,   and rows are sepparated by line breaks, example: <strong> "1,Frida,Ortega Lucero,Femenino,95,999 Zebedeo Blvd,53023".</strong>
Or if you prefer, you can do it automatically using the following links:
| Generate Column || Clean Column | | Generate Data | | Clean Data |
This way the form fields will be completed automatically with the system predefined format.
The last step is to name the table for the Datab Base, like shows Image 7:
SQL Language (structured query language) is a declarative language used to manage relational database that allows to specify many operations, example: <strong> "INSERT INTO `hfebi_Ayuda` ( `Id`, `Nombre`) VALUES ('1','Aliz'),". </strong>This output type, is executed by MySQL.
To save the generated data, just select them and copy them to a notepad. To save the file in the chosen format, just enter the file name with the extension in quotes marks.
